Question about title and nobility

How we can get a title or become noble family?

Do we need to do heroic thing first ?

About noble family? How to create or become a member of existing family?

Wolf... titles are just Role played. I believe the Queen assigns the RP titles. Don't think family titles have any IG functions. The titles that do are for the church etc.

A part of the constitution is reserved for nobilty and heraldry and all things around it. I suggest you to read it, it will probably answer a lot of your questions
About the grating of titles, I give them when I think you deserve it. In other words, by doing heroic things you could get a title, but also by working hard for the kingdom.
