Carpentry items

1 day of work = 3 logs
1 wood plank = 1 day of work + 2 logs
1 ax = 1 day of work + 1 wood plank
1 fishing rod = 1 day of work + 2 wood planks
1 carriage = 1 day of work + 15 wood planks + 20 pounds to rent the horses

Since the ax cost 80 pounds, and an ax requires 2 days of work plus 2 logs (also equal to 8 logs), I will start with the following prices:
Day of work = 30 pounds
Log = 10 pounds
Planks = 50 pounds
Ax = 80 pounds

Since the fishing rod would be priced at 130 pounds but our town hall may have sold some at 240 pounds, I will work with our town council to agree on a fair price. A carriage would be priced at 800 pounds, but since we have no idea of the use for the carriage, it will not be built at this time.

Carpenters can now make doors and windows for improving your house.

Doors = 2 planks + workday = same as fishing rod = 130 pounds
Windows = 3 planks + workday = 180 pounds

The carriage , I think, allows you to travel faster than going on foot, and to create groups that can travel togheter.
