[RP] Parochial Church of St Bartholomew-the-Great

Having finished the baptism of the Grey's Father Sullivan made his way across town to St. Bart's. He had enjoyed the eagerness of the young man who had sought baptism earlier and was relieved that he had not been placed in the stocks for his actions earlier. Much needed done here as many had been asking him when he would get to the baptism of the commoners. Such was the life of the only clergy in all of St. George's Church. He looked forward to seeing the congregation grow and flourish. Looking around he saw the young man, looking about cautiously, as well as a number of others who had come to take part in the divine mysteries.

Son, do not feel ashamed of your eagerness to inherit eternal life. I was afraid for your safety, because of your actions. You have nothing to worry about from me.

Turning toward the crowd

Let us begin as many of you are here to seek your salvation.

Turns to the crowded church

I welcome all of you, seekers of the Grace afforded us all by our loving Father, whomever here seeks the holy sacrament of Baptism, let that person speak up and announce themselves before the congregation. (Deadline: Feb 4)

Father Sullivan rises with great joy to the baptismal font. Four fine men of London-town have come today to receive the Lord's grace.

Before these men are to be baptize, let we who have already entered the Divine Grace recite together the Holy Creed:

(any who have already received baptism are welcome to join in between now and reset on the 5th)

We believe in one Lord,
the Father, the Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all that is seen and unseen.

We believe in the Pascal Lamb,
the only Son of the Lord,
eternally begotten of the Father,
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
of one Being with the Father.

We believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son.

We believe in one holy, sacred and divine Church of Saint George.

We look for the resurrection of the dead,
and the life of the world to come.

AMEN.

Looking at the four men before him

I present to this congregation GlorySeed, Panxacontenta, Oduan, and Acc3p7. They have come here to ask for forgiveness of their sins, to accept the Divine Grace, and to enter into our Holy Communion through baptism.

As is spoken by the apostle St. Matthew in his gospel

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Now it is time for you four to speak your vows before those gathered and before the Lord.

Do you reject the devil and all rebellion against the Lord as Saint George did?

I reject them sais panxacontenta.

Do you renounce the deceit and corruption of evil as Saint George did?

Erinia arrived to the town few hours ago. She didn't know anyone so she went out walking through the streets. She walked immersed in her thoughts without looking anywhere or anyone... she was to tired... Step by step she arrived to a really beautifull church.

She really love churchs, she thougth there were the most beautiful buildings that humans can build. She entered silently into the church. She admire all the details of the arcs that lay the fundantions of it. The sweet smell of the candles get into her transmiting a peacefull sensation. There were some men near the altar, she heard the calm voice of the father and she supossed that they were being baptized.

She didn't interrupt the ceremony and she take sit at the nearest beench of wood, listening all what those men said while she explored the church just with her little and curious blue eyes.
