Whitehall Palace, Royal Residence of England; The 10th of January of the year 1649.
We, Her Royal Majesty Marie-Thérèse I, Queen of England, Scotland and Ireland, To you, your Highborn Ramsay, Count of Montgomery.
I do not think that your roots or your ancestors matter in this case, although you have my attention and I'd like to know more about this subject. About that what you call your 'personal crusade for God and the right', I don't believe that you've understand me before. Maybe you're not well enough informed about this subject. Those Island rightfully belong to the Kingdom of England, and by consequence it is our task to make them free of pirates. In other words; not your task, not the task for any French or any other country. I shall not tolerate that Islands that are rightfully mine are taken over by another Kingdom. We could agree the following thing; if this really is a personal quest, you're probably not willing to hold those Islands. In your letters you say 'clear the Island of the filth of those Pirates', so I suggest that you do that and that you give them back to England afterwards. Because, as I've said multiple times before, those Islands belong to England.
Marie-Thérèse I of England.

Residence of the Duke of Richmond, The 13th of January of the year MDCXLIX of our Lord.
I, Sir Piero Stewart, Lord High Constable of England, To Her Royal Majesty Marie-Thérese I, Queen of England, Scotland and Ireland.
I believe it is my duty to inform Your Royal Majesty, with great sadness, of the death of the Duke of Richmond, my dear brother, on yesterday's night. His body, due to the poisoning, was buried soon after his death on today's morning.
Yours truly and most loyal servant,

This news fills me with sadness, for your brother was a loyal royalist. The Duke of Richmond and Lennox has past away, so naturally the title should pass on to his heir. However, there are no heirs, so his only brother is the first in line to get the title. I greet you, new Duke of Richmond and Lennox, may God have more Grace for you than for your honorable brother. I shall pray for him, may he be guided to Heaven.
I embrace you,
Marie-Thérèse I of England.

To your Holiness the Pope of the Pascals, Urbain IX,
I send you this letter in order to congratulate you with your recent nomination, in name of myself, the people of England, Scotland and Ireland and the Church of Saint George. We hope that the relationship between the Great English Nation and the Pascal Church will improve even more and we hope that this time the negotiations and relationships will not be disturbed by upcoming wars or a new Pope, thus we hope that there will be a Pope for longer that a few months this time. The Church of England and the Church of the Mainland may be separated, but we do both believe in the fact that there is one Almighty God. Based on that fact we hope to continue the good relationship that we had already with your Church.
Dei Gratia, Marie-Thérèse I of England, Fidei Defensor

En ce jour, le XXIIIème jour de Décembre de l'An de Grasce MDCXLIX ; En le Palais Royal du Louvre à Paris ;
De Nous, Sa Majesté Louis-Édouard de Rohan-Valois ; Roy de France & de Navarre ;
À Vous, Son Altesse Marie-Thérèse Howard ; Princesse d’Angleterre ; Duchesse de Norfolk et d’Oxford ; Comtesse de Surrey et d’Arundel ; Haute Chancelière d’Angleterre.
Salutations !
