Problem traveling by diligence

I've set up a travel by diligence trip three days ago and I'm still in London!!!
I've done this several times before and I've had no problem traveling, why didn't worked this time ?

I can do actions. I am in town, in London but I need to travel to buy stuff we don't have in the market. Now I can't cancel the trip and have to wait until 16th next month to leave. Crying or Very sad

Can't this be fixed?

Yes, I am in Paris thank you but I still have an issue: can't acces marketplace.
I receive this error message:

Later edit: Ouch....it seems now I am stuck here as I wanted to organize a trip with diligence to travel back and it says:

but if I go to "hike" and see journeys groupped by diligence, mine is not there. I believe it might be back in London.

Je ne sais pas si ce sont ces éléments que vous souhaitiez avoir
Je vois également qu'elle ne s'est pas connectée depuis le 28 juillet et qu'elle est à 45 % de vie c'est normal ?

Son perso est bien à Londres en pause avec 100% de vie

Par contre sa diligence est toujours programmée pour le 16 à destination de Paris.
