| I have been Mayor of this wonderful city for a while now and my time is ending soon, so it will be time to present you the results of my policy: We started with around zero pound and reached a constant level of 4.ooo - 8.ooo pound in our tresures during all that time. The marked was always more or less filled with the most important goods and everyone sold his goods to a good price. First I want to announce that the prices have to be changed, when I made them I didn't it the best of all possible ways! But it was good enough to keep our economy stable and grant every Londoner a safe income. The everage richness of every Londoner got nearly tripled: from around 250 pound at the beginning to over 600 nowadays!  This is the final level of our fortune, the 1o.ooo pound came from my own to grant a safe beginning to our new mayor. My policy wasnt fixed on income, so these are my reparations to our wonderful city. I'll add another 1o.ooo pound before the end of my period! Charles-Edouard of Montgomery | |

| -You was an excellent Mayor. Like Londoner I am, I thank you: your management has been very beneficial for all the city.
And I will try to continue your work, with honor, doing London a better place day to day. I promise it.
