{Guide} My House

Your House

***Note: This is a first in a set of guides for the game I and hopefully others will contribute towards to help make this game easier to get around in for ourselves and new players. (if you make a guide put {Guide} at the start of the title)***

Your Possessions

• This is where you find the things you own. You can choose to use items or to sell them on market.
  
• If you Click on the name of the item, you are sent to a page with a link, click that link for a list of items in-game and what they do.
  
• Items will have an option to click to use them.
  
• To sell an item, click sell. A screen comes up. Enter the amount you want to sell the item for and the number you wish to sell. (Note the town can tax items for sale, this it the levy.) Once you are done, click sell. The item well sit on market either until it is sold or it's term of sale is up.

Your Level and Characteristics

• At the top you are given your level.
  
• Under this is a list of the money and characteristics you need to advance.
  
• Last is a list of your money, life score, and how many of points of each characteristic you have.
  
• For an explanation of each characteristic, and how to get them see "{Guide} Characteristics"

Sponsor Somebody and Get Pounds

• This gives you several ways to invite friends.
  
• First you can copy the link and send it to friends.
  
• Or you can e-mail them an invitation. Just fill in their address (use "add another address" to send to multiple people.)
  
• Also there is a link to the Facebook Group

Update Your Information

In here you can:

• Change your password
  
• Update your e-mail address
  
• Upload or change your avatar
  
• Give your character's background story
  
• Delete your character (this is irreversible so don't whine that it was on accident)
  
• Once you have made the changes you want, click modify and all changes will be made.

Put Your Character on Break (holidays)

This is a useful way to keep your character from dying of starvation if you are to be away for a while. I am not sure of all the advantages and disadvantages at this point, but when I learn more or someone can explain in a reply, I will edit this to explain it better.

MI CASA

Usted puede encontrar:

• Sus aposentos.
  
• Su nivel y características.
  
• Patrocinar a alguien y ganar dinero.
  
• Actualizar su información.
  
• Ponga el personaje en descanso (vacaciones).

Sus aposentos:

• Éste es donde usted encuentra los objetos de su propiedad. Puede escoger usar los objetos o venderlos al mercado.
  
• Si usted clica encima del nombre del objeto, será enviado a otra página con un enlace, clique en el enlace para obtener una lista de los objetos disponibles en el juego y de su uso.
  
• Los objetos tendrán la opción de usarlos.
  
• Para vender un objeto, clique “vender”. Le aparecerá una pantalla. En ella debe de concretar cuántas unidades desea vender y a qué precio las quiere vender. (Nota: ¡Mire si en su ciudad hay una ley de precios máximos a la hora de vender según qué productos!). Una vez usted haya determinado la cantidad y precio, clique en vender. El objeto ya está en el mercado y estaría allí hasta que se venda o hasta que se retire.

Su nivel y características:

• Arriba se muestra su nivel.
  
• Debajo de este hay una lista con el dinero y las características que usted necesita para avanzar.
  
• Finalmente, hay una lista donde muestra el dinero que usted tiene, su vida y cuantos puntos de cada característica tiene.
  
• Para saber el funcionamiento de las características, consulte en: “{Guía} Características”

Patrocinar a alguien y conseguir dinero:.

• Esto le da varias opciones para invitar a sus amigos.
  
• En primer lugar usted puede copiar el enlace y enviarlo a sus amigos.
  
• O bien, puede enviar las invitaciones por correo electrónico. Simplemente rellene su dirección (uso "añadir otra dirección" para enviar a varias personas.)
  
• También hay un enlace con el grupo de Facebook.

Actualizar su información.
Aquí usted puede:

• Cambiar su contraseña.
  
• Actualizar su dirección de correo electrónico.
  
• Cargar o cambiar su avatar.
  
• De a su personaje una historia.
  
• Elimina su personaje (esto es irreversible, por lo tanto, no se queje de que fue un accidente…)
  
• Una vez usted haya hecho los cambios, haga clic en modificar y todos los cambios se realizaran.

Ponga su personaje en descanso (vacaciones)
Esta es una forma útil de evitar que su personaje muera de hambre mientras usted está ausente o inactivo durante un tiempo.

what about the option at bottom of "My House" tab ?

seems its for improving your house with 4 planks, a door and a window.

It would be great if this was translated, I also would like to know the benefits from an upgrade (read somewhere you can do it twice but cant find that thread now)

I have upgraded my house but don't have any difference. Guess the difference only show when the bad weather code have been activate again
