Double charge

Hi admin, i got a question.

When i see the data at finance office, my friend Nightale has been charged 2 times for renting fishing pole.
And then when i sold basket from town hall stock to him, he got 2 baskets and has been charged 100 pounds.

For note: i post only 1 basket, but why the stock minus 2 and the log saying that he buy two baskets.

Is it a bug ?
