On this day, the twenty ninth day of January of the year 1649; At the Palace of Whitehall, the Royal Residence.
We, Her Royal Majesty Marie-Thérèse I, Queen of England, Scotland and Ireland; To you, Peers, Spirituals and Commons of my Kingdoms,
Due to the absence of my loved brother, Prince William-Reginald, who was also Earl of Middlesex, I have decided to govern the County of Middlesex myself, for a time yet unknown. Unfortunately my brother has fallen ill, very ill, and therefore he wasn't capable to govern Middlesex any more. We pray that he'll get better soon. We also have appointed Emaleigh Mayor of London, because we believe that this town will flourish and revive when it finally has a capable Mayor, we wish her luck!
By God's Grace,
Her Royal Majesty the Queen

To the people of England and Middlesex,
We, Marie-Thérèse Howard, have written this announcement to inform you of certain events and decisions
As most of you know we are currently on a diplomatic visit with the King of France and Navarra in Paris. A few days ago we were talking to the Regent and Great Chamberlain of France when suddenly a Pascal Cardinal showed up and insulted us and with us the English nation, saying that we are heretics and claiming to want to replace Her Majesty the Queen. Furthermore he stated wanting to convert the British Isles. Naturally, we cannot let those events go unpunished, and therefore we have made the following decisions;
We want the public apologies of the cardinal Matthieu for his words towards ourselves and Her Majesty the Queen, if not we will forbid and block every diplomatic interaction between England and the Pascal Church and Papal States.
We also forbid every Pascal clergyman to set foot in the County of Middlesex without permission of ourselves, at the risk of being imprisoned for a yet undetermined duration.
Know that we would have prefered not to make these decisions, but we find them necessary in order to ensure the liberty and safety of the English people.
You have our Love and Respect.
march the 28th, 1650, Paris.

At this day, the fourteenth day of March of the year 1651, At the Palace of Whitehall.
We, His Royal Grace the Lord Protector of England, Scotland and Ireland, Robrecht Samuel Spencer, And the members of the Royal Council, To you, Nobles, Spirituals and Commons of England.
By decision of the Regent and approval of the Royal Council, Milord Charles-Edouard is appointed as Regent of the County of Middlesex during the absence of Lady Alyssa. He will take all the administrative charges of Lady Alyssa but not the title Earl of Middlesex. He will be called Milord Regent of Middlesex
By this letter we have to remember the people of the Kingdom that loyalty is one of the most important values of an English subject and that disappearance is considered as a crime. We have, in that way, to remember Her Grace Alyssa to give us some information about her absence. If in a delay of two months, we've nothing heard of Her Grace, we have to dismiss her of all her functions and a special court shall be installed to decide about her title.
And so it is, by the Regent's decision, Approved by the Royal Council!
His Excellency Lord High Steward, Lord High Chancellor,

By this document we have to rectify the announcement done earlier this day. We have to correct the fact that Lady Alyssa was Regent of the County of Middlesex and not the Countess. The Earl of Middlesex, His Grace Duke Oduon de Medina de las Torres had died recently, may God have his soul. In that way, Milord Regent of Middlesex Charles Edouard will become the successor of Milady Regent of Middlesex Alyssa.
Nevertheless, we have to notice that there still be a court against Milady Alyssa if she didn't react on our call for information about her absence. The delay stays two months.
And so it is, by the Regent's decision, Approved by the Royal Council!

At this day, the fifteenth day of March of the year 1651, At the Palace of Whitehall.
We, The Royal Council of the Kingdom of England, Scotland and Ireland, To you, Nobles, Spirituals and Commons of England.
Hear ye! Hear ye!
After many deliberations and meetings, the Royal Council of the Kingdom of England, Scotland and Ireland, has decided that what follows:
The current situation in the Kingdom has to change. Not only the people has no monarch on the throne, but the government can't be exploited as it should be. After the reign of Her Royal Majesty Marie-Therese Howard the First, England didn't knew a competent and good monarch, because of the fact that Her Highness Elizabeth Howard was too young to assume a reign worthy of this name and so Her Highness Catherine Stewart had to serve as Regent.
Now, times changed, and His High Grace Robrecht Samuel Spencer, as actual Regent and Lord Protector of the Kingdom of England, Scotland and Ireland is the only one who can make his ascension on the throne of the Kingdom. He served honourably and decently the Country and this is a sign of God. The almighty Lord decided to send to England the King they deserve after those times of chaos and political instability.
The Royal Council has decided to let enter the Kingdom into a new dynasty of monarchs, the dynasty of the Spencer's. And so, from this moment on we can proudly say to be the subjects of his Royal Majesty Samuel Spencer the First, King of England, Scotland and Ireland.
Long live the King! God Save the King! God bless the King!
And so it is, by the decision of the Royal Council!
His Excellency Lord High Steward, Lord High Chancellor,
