What do level 1s do?

I levelled up to 1 yesterday, but I don't really understand what I can do now that level 0s can't. The guide says I can work a field, but it seems like I don't have one.
Sorry if I missed any clear explanation but I could use some help, thanks!

EDIT: Nevermind, looks like I can work on someone else's field now? Will have to check after reset.

Yes you need to click the "Fields" link then the "ICI" link word. You will then "Cultivate".

In the past, working at field is for level 1 but recently there are some change that admin make so lvl 0 can start working at field too.

hmm, carpenter can produce axe? than it's better to start producing it and put on market so anyone can buy it and start yelling " Bring down that tree"
