Etat Pontifical and the vatican

Hello,

I'm quit new here and have a question.
At the start i had the choice to begin in England, France or the Etat Pontifical.
Now in de travelmenu, i see the option to go to the vatican.

As i am very interrested in the religious part of this game,
I was wondering if it would be better to live in the Etat Pontifical or the Vatical?

Do they talk English overthere or onl French?

Hopefully someone can give me some information.

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the religious countries and the outher French speaking countries.
Or is it just the name?

But do i have other oppertunities if i start again in the Vatican, or the Etat Pontifical.

Ig there cna be some differences first of all not all the cities offer the same options (for exemple inland ones don't have beach), you can read about it on the guide (just clik on the "guide " icon in the game screen).

RP differences are obvious and also get reflected in the IG, in the pontificial states the high ranks of nobility are dfifferent to the ones here in the British islands.
