Italian version?

What requirements we have to do to have an italian colony?
We can translate every terms, and I can find about one hundred (and much much more, one hundred only initially) of players interested in the game.
I find this game excellent, but for me (i'm italian) is difficult to play at 100% for my difficult with the language.
