Can't learn more than one job

In the Questions and Answers forum there are peoples who said that they learned and practice two jobs, so why can't I do it too ?
Recently I leveled up to 3 and I am butcher but when I try to study more I receive this message: "You already learned a job."
Is this a bug ?

I mention that I've tried to study a second profession while I was level 2 too.

I think you can only have a second job when you change it...

I do not want to change but to learn another one and practice both.
