    On this day, the twenty sixth day of January of the year 1649;
    At the Palace of Whitehall, the Royal Residence.

    We, Her Royal Majesty Marie-Thérèse I, Queen of England, Scotland and Ireland;
    To you, Peers, Spirituals and Commons of my Kingdoms,

      As many of you already know, the Pascal Church has sent armies to the Channel Islands, under the command of Ramsay de Montgomery, former Count of Montgomery, to take them. To justify their actions, they used the statement that these Islands were ruled by Pirates. If so, it would by my responsibility to clear them, and not theirs.
      These Islands were loyal to England and even had an English Governor, by consequence we consider the acts of the Pascal Church and the so called 'Lord Protector', Ramsay, as hostile actions against England.

      To assist this, and to respond to the declaration of war from the French Kingdom against the Islands of Guernesey, now under authority of the former Count of Montgomery, we announce that the Channel Islands are no man’s land and that we do not recognise the future Prince of Guernesey.

      By God's Grace,

    Her Royal Majesty the Queen

ROYAL DECREE I – ABOUT THE RELIGION OF THE ENGLISH KINGDOMS;
ENGLAND, SCOTLAND AND IRELAND

    We, Her Royal Majesty Marie-Thérèse the First, Queen of England, Scotland and Ireland, believe that the people of our Kingdoms should posses the freedom to believe what they want. Every citizen shall be able to believe what they want, if there religion meets following requirements;

      2 – The religion shall not criticize other religions that meet the requirements that are mentioned in this decree.
      3 – The devil, or the evil in general, shall not be worshipped, otherwise this will be seen as heresy and be trialled.

    To His Majesty Louis-Édouard de Rohan-Valois and his Royal Council;
    To the Leaders of the Pascal Church and the Princess-Archbishop of Remensis;
    To the People of France, Navarra and Remensis;
    As well as our own People,

      In order to respond to the current religious crisis on the mainland and the French Schism, we hereby declare, in the name of Her Majesty Elizabeth II of England, Scotland and Ireland and the Privy Council;

      That the Kingdom of England, Scotland and Ireland wishes to be and stay neutral in this matter.

      That, as we have done the same thing in the past, we shall not disapprove the actions organised by the Kingdom of France.

      That, as we already made clear earlier, we recognise His Majesty Louis-Édouard de Rohan-Valois as the only legitimate King of France and Navarra.

      We also want to ask His Majesty Louis-Édouard and his Royal Council, as well as the people of France and the people of the Papal States, to be tolerant. In England, Scotland and Ireland, every man, woman and child has the right to believe what he wants, as determined by the Royal Decree of March the 20th, 1649, concerning the Freedom of Religion in England, Scotland and Ireland. We plead the concerning parties to do the same for the welfare of the people, for we believe that no man should be punished for what he believes or does not believe.

      May the Almighty Lord protect you all.

    Signed and approved on February the 23rd, 1650.

    Her High Grace Catherine Stewart, Lady Regent of England Scotland and Ireland.

Announcements of the Crown Royangle1

At this day, the fifteenth day of March of the year 1651,
At the Palace of Whitehall.

We, The Royal Council of the Kingdom of England, Scotland and Ireland,
To you, Nobles, Spirituals and Commons of England.

Hear ye! Hear ye!

After many deliberations and meetings, the Royal Council of the Kingdom of England, Scotland and Ireland, has decided that what follows:

The current situation in the Kingdom has to change. Not only the people has no monarch on the throne, but the government can't be exploited as it should be. After the reign of Her Royal Majesty Marie-Therese Howard the First, England didn't knew a competent and good monarch, because of the fact that Her Highness Elizabeth Howard was too young to assume a reign worthy of this name and so Her Highness Catherine Stewart had to serve as Regent.

Now, times changed, and His High Grace Robrecht Samuel Spencer, as actual Regent and Lord Protector of the Kingdom of England, Scotland and Ireland is the only one who can make his ascension on the throne of the Kingdom. He served honourably and decently the Country and this is a sign of God. The almighty Lord decided to send to England the King they deserve after those times of chaos and political instability.

The Royal Council has decided to let enter the Kingdom into a new dynasty of monarchs, the dynasty of the Spencer's. And so, from this moment on we can proudly say to be the subjects of his Royal Majesty Samuel Spencer the First, King of England, Scotland and Ireland.

Long live the King! God Save the King! God bless the King!

And so it is, by the decision of the Royal Council!
