Catherine walked slowly next to Elise and a smile appeared on her face as she listened to the little Queen. She was happy to find out that Elise liked living her at the Palace and that becoming the Queen didn't change her that much yet. After hearing the question of Elise, Catherine was silenced for a while to figure out the best answer.

Well, it depends on how old the Queen is, my dear. A Queen is able to reign over her Kingdom when she reaches the age of sixteen. But, not only does she needs to be that age, she needs to have some knowledge too. With all the trainings you will need to be able to reign properly, most of the time the childhoods are being affected.. And, that's what I'm trying to avoid for you. I want you to be able to enjoy it as long as you are able too.. but, you will have to realise that in a few years your training will begin. And, well, you won't have much time to paint anymore.

Catherine stroke Elise on her back and enjoyed the walk they had. When they stood still for a moment, Catherine bend a bit through her knees and looked in Elise's eyes.

But, please my love, you don't have to worry. Everything will be sorted out and I will help you.

Catherine's story scared her a bit, no time for drawing...
But sixteen, then she would be big. It sounded so old, so it would be a long time until then.

a few years, that's long isn't it?

She hoped that it would be a long time until then. But she didn't feel like thinking about it now so she took Catherine's hand and puls her arm to go further. Then she lets go of her hand and runs off the path they are walking as fast as she can and hides behind a tree. Would Catherine have seen her hiding place?

Catherine smiled as she heard how the little Quen reacted. She felt sorry for her that she already had to deal with all those things while she is still so young.

That's very long, indeed, my love.

After Catherine was forced to follow Elise as she was pulled by her arm, Elise runs away and hides herself. Catherine laughed and as she understood the game, she began to search for the little Queen.

Elise... oh Elise, where are you?

Although Catherine already knew which tree hid Elise, she decided to let Elise have some fun in being undiscovered.

Elise was happy to see Catherine wanted too play too. She saw Catherine looking and giggles when she doesn't find her.
quickly she puts her hands for her mouth so Catherine wouldn't hear her.
She peeks behind the three to see where Catherine was. Then she quickly goes back totally behind the tree and giggles

Catherine hears some giggling and as she walked to where the noise came from, she saw Elise: trying to hide behind a tree, trying to keep her mouth shut with her hand.

Kata laughs when Catherine found her, she liked to play with Catherine, only she was often so busy.

Now you have to hide

She said with a big smile on her face. But then she thought of something. Catherine didn't had to work today, so this might be the right time.

Can we go to England now?

She looks at Catherine with a hopeful face

Catherine is very happy to see Elise so happy. She really needed to spend more time with her, Catherine knew that. Unfortunatly, being the Lady Regent wasn't really an easy job. She bend through her knees and looked up to Elise.

To England, my dear? Hmm.. perhapys you mean London? After all, we are already in England!

Catherine smiles and began to nodd while she thought about the possibilities. Maybe it was a great idea after all to take Elise outside the Palace of Whitehall sometime. She looked up to Elise again.

Shall we ask Marie to come with us, then? We will have to chance our clothes, otherwise everyone will recognise us! We could at least try to hide ourselves for them!

Elise smiles big when Catherine says to ask Marie with them too. That mend they would go. But she didn't understand the change of clothes.

If we change clothes nobody will recognise us?

Funny that clothes could do that. She took Catherine's hand and pulled a little to get her to the castle faster.

She really was exited about this. She had wanted to visit London for a long time now.

Catherine felt really happy to see Elise's big smile. She took her by the hand and already walked back to the Palace with her.

If we want to enjoy our ride, it's better if nobody recognises us. If they do, we would get a lot of attention and then we can't see how the people of London really are. Don't you agree, my dear?

Catherine now began to walk faster and eventually began to run. She ran up the stairs to the entrance of the Palace and looked back to see if Elise was still following. Catherine wasn't able to hold herself from giggling.

Elise nods as answer to Catherine. then they start to run. She had a hard time keeping up with Catherine, she could walk much faster.
As she catches up whit her she doesn't stop but runs straight away to Marie's room.
