To whom may be in charge of the Royal Heraldry,
Me, Catherine of the House of Stewart, legitimate and unique descender of this nobleseed want to communicate that after the dissaperance of my beloved brother Sir Piero Stewart, 5th Duke of Lennox and 2nd Duke of Richmond, all his titles, privileges and conditions are inherited by me, as his only alive relative. From this moment I should be considered Lady Catherine Stewart, 6th Duchess of Lennox and 3rd Duchess of Richmond, noble companion of the most noble order of the Garter.
