| A courier coming from France arrived to the Palace of Whitehall. He had a so important letter that his heart was beating so strong since the day when he left Paris. - Quote :
- To the Royal Council of England,
To the Royal Family, To the people of England, Scotland, and Ireland,
To be known that the crown of France is in mourning, and sincerely affected by the death of the Queen of England Marie-Therese Stuart.
To be know that we give all our support to the Princess Elisabeth Stuart, to go trough this tragedy for a girl of her age.
To be know that we want to keep a good relationship with the English crown, and his council, but also with the Regent who will come.
Good Bless the English and French crown, Good bless the royal family of our countries,
In the name of the French crown,
Elisabeth of Vergy, Princess of France, Royal Chancellor of the French kingdom.
